What is the Service Request Form, and how does it help me?
The Service Request Form is our dedicated customer portal for submitting service-related queries, parts orders, technical questions, and other issues. When you use the form, your request is logged as a case in our system, documented, monitored, and routed to the appropriate experts. This helps us process and resolve your request quickly and consistently, with full traceability and minimal delays.

You can use the Service Request Form for a wide range of topics, such as urgent service part requests, maintenance questions, invoice discrepancies or concerns with your machines, and in cases of part unavailability.
How long does it take to receive service parts, and how can I track my shipment?
Delivery times depend on part availability and your location; as a guideline, parts are typically shipped within approximately 4–5 business days after your request has been processed. Once your order has left our warehouse, shipping details and tracking information will be sent to your registered email address so you can monitor the shipment.
Are service parts covered under warranty? 
Warranty coverage for service parts depends on your specific Service Agreement and the parts concerned. You will find the applicable warranty details in your Service Agreement contract with us. 
How do I request service parts for my machine, and how can I get urgent support in a machine‑down scenario?
For both standard service parts requests and urgent machine‑down situations, please contact the Colibrium Additive Support Center through the details below. For the fastest and most accurate handling, have your machine serial number and relevant part or issue details ready when you submit the form or call. Each request is documented and reviewed individually so we can process your case efficiently and provide a tailored solution.

How do I update my organization's contact information of relevant representatives to receive important updates and upgrades etc. ?
To update your relevant contact information in our records, please click the “Update Profile” button at the bottom of our email communications. Once your email address is verified, you will be able to add or amend your relevant contact details. 

Please note that active customers are entitled to receive important updates, including service upgrades and safety bulletins, which we communicate primarily via email. We therefore ask that your organization provides appropriate email contacts (e.g., service, maintenance, or site representatives) to ensure these communications reach the right recipients. 
Can I contact a member at Colibrium Additive directly for issues or concerns?
To ensure your request is properly documented, tracked, and routed to the right experts, please submit it via the Service Request Form. Highest priority is always to the cases in the system and not via private mail. If you wish, you may reference a specific contact person in your request, and depending on availability, the case will be handed over to them. This approach allows us to handle your case efficiently, avoid delays, and provide a timely, coordinated response.
